The nursing profession has opportunities ideal for virtually every possible temperament and personal ambition.

People who prefer to be independent can work for agencies, while those who prefer normal employment may find opportunities at hospitals or clinics.

The difference between the two is that in an agency, you will be working not for a regular salary, but on a per-hour basis, depending on how many hours you've been assigned for a specific job. When a nurse is registered with a company, she will be asked to state her hours of availability and will get temporary or contract work according to those free hours.
